Opis oferty pracy

  • Kompleksowe rozliczanie wynagrodzeń,
  • Administrowanie dokumentacją pracowniczą i innymi dokumentami związanymi z obsługą płacową pracowników i zleceniobiorców,
  • Obsługa PPK,
  • Obsługa programu Płatnik,
  • Sporządzanie deklaracji PIT, PFRON
  • Sporządzanie raportów, zestawień płacowych na potrzeby Zarządu,
  • Współpraca z zewnętrznymi instytucjami oraz organami kontroli,
  • Monitorowanie prawnych i rynkowych aspektów wynagradzania,
  • Doradztwo w zakresie przepisów prawa ubezpieczeń społecznych oraz podatku dochodowego od osób fizycznych.

Kwalifikacje

  • Min. 5-letnie doświadczenie zawodowe w naliczaniu wynagrodzeń, zdobyte w obszarze płac w firmie o profilu produkcyjnym,
  • Samodzielność w sporządzaniu list płac, deklaracji ZUS i podatkowych oraz raportów statystycznych,
  • Znajomość obsługi programów kadrowo-płacowych oraz MS Excel,
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość prawa pracy i ubezpieczeń społecznych oraz podatku dochodowego od osób fizycznych.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe,
