Stellenbeschreibung

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen des Fertigproduktes Laminat
  • Reklamationsmanagement
  • Umsetzung technologischer Projekte
  • Auswertungen der Prozesse
  • Betreuung technischer Azubis
  • Urlaubs- und Krankheitsvertretung des Abteilungsleiters

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Holztechnik oder Verfahrenstechnik bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Industrieunternehmen, idealerweise im Bereich Holzwerkstofftechnik
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausbilderschein (AEVO) wünschenswert / erforderlich
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
