Perla Beach Resort za turističku sezonu 2027. traži Voditelja domaćinstva (Housekeeping Manager) koji će biti odgovoran za organizaciju, koordinaciju i nadzor svih operativnih aktivnosti odjela domaćinstva.

Tražimo odgovornu, organiziranu i iskusnu osobu koja će preuzeti vođenje odjela domaćinstva te osigurati najviše standarde čistoće, urednosti i kvalitete smještaja.

Tražimo osobu s izraženim organizacijskim i voditeljskim sposobnostima, iskustvom u upravljanju većim timovima te visokim standardima profesionalnosti i odgovornosti.

KLJUČNE ODGOVORNOSTI

  • Samostalna organizacija i vođenje cjelokupnog odjela domaćinstva
  • Upravljanje, koordinacija i nadzor rada sobarica, čistačica i ostalog osoblja domaćinstva
  • Planiranje dnevnih i tjednih rasporeda rada, smjena i raspodjele zadataka
  • Kontrola čistoće, urednosti i spremnosti smještajnih jedinica u skladu sa standardima resorta
  • Nadzor održavanja čistoće svih zajedničkih, javnih i radnih prostora resorta
  • Organizacija i kontrola pravovremene pripreme smještajnih jedinica za dolaske gostiju
  • Kontrola potrošnje sredstava za čišćenje, hotelske kozmetike, posteljine, ručnika i ostalog inventara
  • Praćenje zaliha, organizacija nabave i racionalno upravljanje troškovima odjela
  • Provođenje redovitih inspekcija i kontrola kvalitete obavljenog posla
  • Edukacija, motiviranje i kontinuirano praćenje učinkovitosti zaposlenika
  • Koordinacija s recepcijom, tehničkom službom i ostalim odjelima resorta
  • Pravovremeno prijavljivanje tehničkih nedostataka, oštećenja i potreba za održavanjem
  • Osiguravanje provedbe higijenskih, sanitarnih i sigurnosnih standarda
  • Praćenje produktivnosti rada i optimizacija operativnih procesa

OD KANDIDATA OČEKUJEMO

  • Dokazano iskustvo na istoj ili sličnoj rukovodećoj poziciji u hotelima, resortima ili turističkim objektima većeg kapaciteta
  • Iskustvo u organizaciji i vođenju većeg tima zaposlenika
  • Izvrsne organizacijske, komunikacijske i voditeljske sposobnosti
  • Visoku razinu odgovornosti, samostalnosti i profesionalnosti
  • Izraženu preciznost, sistematičnost i usmjerenost na detalje
  • Poznavanje profesionalnih standarda čišćenja, higijene i održavanja smještajnih kapaciteta
  • Sposobnost učinkovitog planiranja radne snage i kontrole operativnih troškova
  • Sposobnost rješavanja izazova u dinamičnom sezonskom poslovanju
  • Poznavanje engleskog jezika
  • Spremnost na timski rad i suradnju s ostalim odjelima resorta
