Perla Beach Resort za turističku sezonu 2027. traži iskusnog i ambicioznog Voditelja hrane i pića (F&B Manager) koji će preuzeti odgovornost za organizaciju, operativno vođenje i uspješnost cjelokupnog F&B odjela.

Tražimo osobu koja razumije da vrhunska usluga proizlazi iz kvalitetne organizacije, motiviranog tima, jasno postavljenih standarda i učinkovite kontrole poslovanja.

KLJUČNE ODGOVORNOSTI

  • Samostalno upravljanje cjelokupnim F&B odjelom, uključujući restoransko i barsko poslovanje
  • Vođenje, organizacija i razvoj većeg ugostiteljskog tima, uz jasno definirane odgovornosti i standarde rada
  • Kontrola troškova, normativa, zaliha i profitabilnosti F&B poslovanja
  • Planiranje radne snage, rasporeda i optimalne produktivnosti zaposlenika
  • Praćenje i analiza ključnih poslovnih pokazatelja, prihoda i rashoda
  • Osiguravanje visoke razine kvalitete usluge i zadovoljstva gostiju
  • Organizacija edukacija, nadzor rada i kontinuirano unapređenje operativnih procesa
  • Izravna suradnja s upravom resorta u planiranju i ostvarivanju poslovnih ciljeva
