En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Arquitecto de Soluciones Azure para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Como Arquitecto de Soluciones Azure Senior, serás el líder técnico y responsable de definir la arquitectura, los lineamientos técnicos y el gobierno arquitectónico para la transformación de la Banca de Canales Digitales (Web, Móvil y BackOffice) de una destacada entidad del sector financiero regulado en Ecuador. Este rol se desempeñará en modalidad híbrida desde Quito, Ecuador.

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Definir e implementar una arquitectura cloud-native basada en microservicios y patrones BFF sobre Azure Container Apps con escalado automático via KEDA, garantizando alta disponibilidad en canales digitales.
  • Establecer el gobierno de arquitectura e infraestructura como código alineados a Azure Landing Zones (CAF), Azure Policy y normativas del sector financiero ecuatoriano (SEPS y LOPDP).
  • Diseñar e integrar esquemas avanzados de seguridad perimetral, conectividad híbrida (VPN / ExpressRoute), protección de datos y autenticación mediante Azure Front Door, WAF, Entra External ID y Keycloak.
  • Liderar las revisiones de diseño técnico, análisis de brechas y alineación estratégica con gerencias de tecnología, seguridad y riesgos bajo una metodología PMI híbrida en sprints quincenales.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería en Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 10 años de experiencia comprobable en arquitectura de software y soluciones cloud.
  • Certificación Obligatoria: AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect Expert) o AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate).
  • Dominio profundo de servicios core de Azure: Azure Container Apps, KEDA, Azure Landing Zones (CAF), API Management, Event Hubs, Service Bus y Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server.
  • Experiencia sólida en seguridad e identidad: Front Door, WAF, DDoS Protection, Key Vault, Entra External ID y Keycloak federado (OIDC/SAML).
  • Manejo comprobado de Infraestructura como Código (IaC) y CI/CD: Terraform o Bicep, Azure DevOps Pipelines o GitHub Actions, Docker y Container Registry.
  • Conocimiento práctico de cumplimiento regulatorio financiero en Ecuador: Normativa SEPS y LOPDP.

  • Comunicación Asertiva: Habilidad excepcional para traducir decisiones técnicas complejas en valor de negocio ante stakeholders ejecutivos, gerencias de riesgos y equipos de desarrollo.

  • Trabajo Colaborativo: Orientación al liderazgo técnico facilitador, promoviendo la cohesión técnica entre células de desarrollo web, móvil y backoffice en entornos ágiles.
