Als Real Estate Manager voor (een deel van) België zorg jij ervoor dat onze winkels altijd de beste ligging hebben tegen de beste voorwaarden. Als Real Estate Manager heb je een zelfstandige functie maar hoef je het niet allemaal alleen te doen. Je komt te werken in het Belgische vastgoedteam van gedreven vastgoedprofessionals die elke dag het beste uit zichzelf en elkaar halen. Volg jij de vastgoedmarkt op de voet, weet jij als geen ander hoe je de beste prijs bedingt en haal jij de pareltjes uit de markt? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

  • Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren en uitbreiden van de vastgoedportefeuille ten behoeve van onze winkelformules in België.
  • Jij heronderhandelt op bestaande locaties om ervoor te zorgen dat wij niet alleen vandaag, maar ook in de toekomst op de beste plek tegen de beste voorwaarden huren. Dit doe je voor de omvangrijke vastgoedportefeuille in België.
  • Jij onderhoudt het contact met professionele marktspelers zoals beleggers, ontwikkelaars, makelaars, gemeenten en andere retailers.
  • Jij stemt af en werkt samen met het management van Kruidvat en ICI Paris XL, maar ook met andere disciplines binnen de organisatie, zoals Legal, Finance, Projectmanagement en uiteraard jouw collega's van het Real Estate-team.
  • Jij speelt proactief in op ontwikkelingen in de retail vastgoedmarkt en informeert en adviseert het management hierover.
  • Jij uitonderhandelt en sluit huurovereenkomsten af.

Dit ben jij

  • Je bent resultaatgericht en staat stevig in je schoenen. Een dag zonder deals is een dag niet geleefd!
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma op zak. Het liefst één waar Makelaar, Vastgoed, Commerciële Economie óf Rechten op staat.
  • Je hebt al wat meters gemaakt in het vastgoed en kennis van handelshuurwetgeving. Bij voorkeur een jaartje of 2 à 3. Heb je al ervaring in het winkelvastgoed? Helemaal top! We horen graag van je! Het is een pre als je een groot netwerk hebt in de vastgoedwereld in België.
  • Niet vereist wel handig; ervaring met huurprijsherzieningen.
  • Uiteraard ben je tweetalig, Nederlands/Frans.
