Vi søger vikarer til vores bo- og specialpædagogiske afdelinger.

Krummebækgaard modtager sårbare unge i alderen 17-35 år, fra hele Danmark. Som vikar på Krummebækgaard kommer du til at arbejde med unge mennesker, der har et stort behov for en struktureret og forudsigelig hverdag. På Krummebækgaard følger de unge derfor et helhedsorienteret forløb, på Krummebækgaard arbejdes der ud fra principperne fra Dialektisk Adfærdsterapi (DAT) kombineret med tætte relationer, høj faglighed, varme og omsorg.

Om dig:

• Du er uddannet pædagog eller har erfaring fra socialområdet • Du er autentisk, afklaret med egne grænser og i stand til at indgå i ligeværdige relationer • Du er en god kollega, der vil være med til at skabe et positivt og godt arbejdsmiljø • Du er indstillet på, at der altid tages udgangspunkt i den enkelte unges behov • Du brænder for at arbejde udviklingsorienteret med unge mennesker • Du er fleksibel og omstillingsparat • Du formår at føre journal • Du har kørekort kategori B

Stillingen er med tiltrædelse hurtigst muligt. Arbejdstiden kan være fordelt på vagter hele døgnet og fleksibilitet vil derfor blive vægtet højt.
