Om Krys vårdcentral Skarptorp Hej! Jag heter Martina Bäck och är verksamhetschef och sjuksköterska här på vårdcentralen. Jag drivs av att skapa en arbetsplats där vi inte bara gör jobbet utan utvecklar hur jobbet görs. Här är det lika naturligt att be om hjälp som att bidra med idéer. Vi är ett team på ca 30 personer och har 8 800 listade patienter. Vårdcentralen ligger i Skarphagen i utkanten av Norrköping i ett naturnära område.

Varför Kry? Vi har förändrat hur vård bedrivs i Sverige i över tio år. Gjort den digital, tillgänglig och mer jämlik. Men vi är inte klara och det är poängen. Vad du faktiskt gör Du möter patienter med stor bredd av besvär – på mottagning, digitalt och i kliniska bedömningar. Här ligger fokus på självständiga bedömningar, kliniskt ansvar och direkt patientarbete, inte att sitta i långa telefonköer eller fastna i administrativ triagering. Du är en central del av vården och arbetar både självständigt och i team där båda delarna är lika viktiga. Du gör medicinska bedömningar, prioriterar och driver patientärenden från start till mål.

Vad vi förväntar oss av dig

Du är legitimerad sjuksköterska och vidareutbildad till Distriktsköterska. Du tar ansvar och får saker gjorda. Du trivs i förändring och ser det som kul. Du levererar vård med hög kvalitet och sätter patienten först, inte som ett värdeord utan i praktiken varje dag.

Praktiskt

Start: Under hösten 2026, när det passar oss båda. Omfattning: 100% men kan diskuteras. Arbetstid: Dagtid 08.00–17.00
