Kry vårdcentral Triangeln med tillhörande barnavårdscentral ligger i moderna lokaler centralt nära köpcentret Triangeln i Malmö. Vårdcentralen öppnade juni 2021 och har vuxit snabbt till ca 12500 listade patienter och ca 35 medarbetare. Här får du chans till ett flexibelt arbete där du tillsammans med oss bidrar till att utveckla primärvården. Vårdcentralen präglas av ett modernt arbetssätt, nytänkande och framförallt personcentrerad vård.

Vårdcentralen har även avtal med kommunen och ansvarar med läkarbemanning för ett SÄBO och tre LSS-boenden.

Om rollen

Du har en central roll i de sedvanliga uppgifterna på mottagningen där du får möjlighet att möta många olika patienter. Samtidigt får du möjlighet att kompetensutveckla dig själv och vara med på resan att utveckla och förändra primärvården. Vårdcentralen lägger stor vikt vid att arbeta nära patienten, med kontinuitet och med fokus på att i samarbete mellan olika professioner uppnå bästa möjliga vård.

Kvalifikationer & egenskaper

  • Legitimerad distriktssköterska.
  • Vidareutbildning i diabetesvård/ psykiatri/ astma/KOL är meriterande.
  • Erfarenhet inom svensk sjukvård.
  • Erfarenhet inom svensk primärvård är starkt meriterande.
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift. Ytterligare språkkunskaper är meriterande.
  • Goda tekniska kunskaper.
  • Du arbetar evidensbaserat, är professionell i ditt bemötande och värnar om att sätta patienten först.
  • Du har god samarbetsförmåga och är lyhörd mot både kollegor och patienter.
