Vi söker en engagerad och trygg kurator till vår BUP-mottagning i Ludvika. Hos oss blir du en viktig del av ett kompetent tvärprofessionellt team som tillsammans arbetar för att barn och ungdomar ska få rätt stöd och behandling.

Om tjänsten

Som kurator på BUP möter du barn och ungdomar med psykisk ohälsa samt deras föräldrar och närstående. Arbetet är varierat och innebär både självständiga insatser och nära samarbete med andra professioner.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kan bland annat vara:

  • Psykosociala bedömningar och kartläggningar
  • Stödjande och behandlande samtal
  • Familje- och nätverksarbete
  • Krisstöd och psykosociala insatser
  • Samverkan med skola, socialtjänst, primärvård och andra vårdgivare
  • Dokumentation och uppföljning av behandlingsinsatser

Arbetet utgår från barnets och ungdomens behov och präglas av delaktighet, respekt och ett helhetsperspektiv.

Vi söker dig

Du är socionom och har gärna grundläggande psykoterapeutisk vidareutbildning, Steg 1 KBT.

Erfarenhet av följande är meriterande:

  • Barn- och ungdomspsykiatri
  • Behandlingsarbete eller samtalsmetodik
  • Familjearbete
  • Psykisk ohälsa
  • Samverkan mellan olika myndigheter och verksamheter

Som person är du trygg, lyhörd och strukturerad. Du har lätt för att skapa förtroendefulla relationer och möter barn, ungdomar och föräldrar med respekt och tydlighet. Du trivs med både självständigt arbete och teamarbete.

Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet.
