The posting

Om verksamheten Vi är en liten mottagning som växer och har därför behov av förstärkning. Vår mottagning finns på Brahegatan 13A, ett stenkast bort från Humlegården på Östermalm. På Kry strävar vi efter att bedriva ett nära samarbete med våra vårdcentraler i Norra innerstaden och andra rehabenheter ute i landet. Vi arbetar på uppdrag av Region Stockholm .

Om rollen Vi söker dig som tycker om att arbeta i team. Det kommer vara varierande arbetsuppgifter både att arbeta med gruppbehandling, individuella besök samt hembesök till de patienter där behov finns. Du har en central roll i de sedvanliga uppgifterna på mottagningen där du får möjlighet att möta många olika patienter. Du får möjlighet att arbeta både på mottagningen och i hemmet. Vi på Kry lägger stor vikt vid att arbeta nära patienten, med kontinuitet och med fokus på att i samarbete mellan olika professioner uppnå bästa möjliga vård.

Du kommer att genomföra arbetsterapeutiska bedömningar, behandlingar samt utprovning och förskrivning av hjälpmedel på mottagningen och i hemmet. Du ansvarar för att utföra en självständig bedömning av patientens behov och behandling. Du kommer genomföra minnesutredningar och göra hembesök hos patienterna tillsammans med dina kollegor. Som arbetsterapeut arbetar du tillsammans med ett kompetensstarkt team som består av fysioterapeuter, arbetsterapeuter och dietist

Kvalifikationer & egenskaper

  • Erfarenhet inom primärvårdsrehabilitering är starkt meriterande
  • Du arbetar evidensbaserat, är professionell i ditt bemötande och värnar om att sätta patienten först
  • Du har god samarbetsförmåga och är lyhörd mot både kollegor och patienter
  • Du trivs med ett varierat arbete där du får arbeta individuellt, med grupper, och i team med dina kollegor
  • Du är kreativ och vill bidra med idéer om hur vår verksamhet kan fortsätta utvecklas.

Som person är du trygg i din yrkesroll, engagerad och har lätt för att samarbeta. Du tycker om att arbeta med rehabilitering och trivs med en variation av arbetsuppgifter.
