Vill du arbeta i en verksamhet där kvalitet, patientsäkerhet och medicinsk professionalitet står i centrum – och samtidigt vara med och utveckla framtidens psykiatri? Psykiatripartners söker nu en specialistläkare till vår barn- och ungdomspsykiatriska verksamhet i Dalarna.

Vi bedriver specialistpsykiatri för barn och unga i Falun, Hedemora, Ludvika samt snart i Mora med en KBT-baserad terapeutisk inriktning. Verksamheten drivs på uppdrag av regionen, vilket innebär att vården ges enligt samma regelverk, kvalitetskrav och patientsäkerhets principer som inom offentlig vård.

Om rollen

Som specialistläkare hos oss har du ett tydligt medicinskt ansvar och en central roll i att säkerställa god vårdkvalitet och hög patientsäkerhet. Du arbetar strukturerat med bedömning, uppföljning och behandling, och bidrar aktivt till utveckling av medicinska rutiner, riktlinjer och arbetssätt.

Du ingår i ett välfungerande, tvärprofessionellt team där samarbete och tydliga processer är en självklar del av vardagen. Rollen innebär även delaktighet i verksamhetens kvalitets- och utvecklingsarbete, inklusive implementering av nya verktyg och arbetssätt. Möjlighet finns till visst distansarbete.

Vi söker dig

Vi söker dig som är specialistläkare inom barn- och ungdomspsykiatri eller vuxenpsykiatri, med erfarenhet av arbete med barn och unga. Du är engagerad, trygg i din yrkesroll och trivs med att arbeta i tvärprofessionella team. Du vill bidra både kliniskt och strategiskt och ser utvecklingsarbete som en naturlig del av ditt uppdrag.
