Om verksamheten Kry söker en ST-läkare till vår vårdcentral Skarptorp. Vårdcentralen kännetecknas av ett modernt arbetssätt, innovation, nytänkande och patientcentrerad vård. På Kry Vårdcentral Skarptorp erbjuder vi en dynamisk och inspirerande arbetsmiljö där samarbete och patientens välbefinnande är i fokus. Om rollen I rollen som ST-läkare på Kry har du omväxlande arbetsuppgifter där du får möjlighet att möta och rådge många olika patienter, får du vara med och bidra till att utveckla och förändra primärvården där dina idéer skapar värde för verksamheten och Krys arbete att förbättra primärvården. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter är läkarmottagning, placering på BVC, hemsjukvård samt handledning av AT- och BT-läkare. Vårdcentralen har förmånen att ha flera ST-läkare och har ambitionen att vara i framkant när det gäller handledning. Du får möjlighet att, tillsammans med övriga medarbetare, utveckla verksamheten och delta i förbättrings- och kvalitetsarbete.

Kvalifikationer & egenskaper Du har en svensk läkarlegitimation och ett stort intresse för allmänmedicin.

Du har 1 års erfarenhet av arbete på en svensk vårdcentral.

Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift. Det är viktigt att du kan kommunicera obehindrat med patienter, anhöriga och kollegor.

Du lägger stor vikt vid helhetsperspektivet i varje enskilt patientmöte.

Har ett gott bemötande och värnar om att sätta patienten först.

Har god samarbetsförmåga är lyhörd mot både kollegor och patienter.

Du är noggrann i ditt arbete och tar stort ansvar över dina arbetsuppgifter.
