Kry vårdcentral Nybro är en av länets privata vårdgivare med ca 4100 listade patienter. Här värdesätter vi en hög kompetens med ett personligt bemötande och en god tillgänglighet för våra patienter. Om rollen

Som medicinsk sekreterare hos oss har du en central funktion i verksamheten och arbetar nära dina andra kollegor i teamet. Vi lägger stor vikt vid gott bemötande och att patienten sätts i fokus. På vår enhet arbetar vi tillsammans mot uppsatta mål, vilket gör att vi söker en lagspelare. Som person är du strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och ansvarstagande.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

  • Receptionsarbete och patientservice.
  • Medicinsk dokumentation samt post- och remisshantering.
  • Bokningar och bevakning av väntelistor.
  • Administrativt stöd till kollegor.

Kvalifikationer

  • Utbildning inom hälso- och sjukvårdsadministration eller motsvarande utbildning till medicinsk sekreterare.
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift.
  • God datorvana och intresse för digitala arbetssätt.
  • Goda kunskaper i journalsystemet Cosmic.

Övrig information

  • Tjänsten är ett vikariat på ett år, med möjlighet till förlängning.
  • Tillträde enligt överenskommelse.
  • Tjänstgöringsgrad 100%.
