  • Ontwikkelen, beheren en optimaliseren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.
  • Waarborgen van voedselveiligheid, hygiëne en naleving van wetgeving (incl. FAVV-controles).
  • Uitvoeren en coördineren van risicoanalyses, validaties en interne audits.
  • Beheren van klachten, recalls en implementeren van verbeteracties.
  • Up-to-date houden en digitaliseren van kwaliteitsprocedures en productspecificaties.
  • Leiden en motiveren van medewerkers om kwaliteitsbewustzijn te versterken.
  • Organiseren en geven van interne opleidingen rond HACCP, allergenen en hygiëne.
  • Actief samenwerken met productie, R&D en andere afdelingen rond verbeterprojecten.
  • Rapporteren aan het management over kwaliteits-KPI’s en resultaten.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van het kwaliteitsbeleid bij klanten, leveranciers en officiële instanties.

Je bent een geboren coach met een passie voor kwaliteit en voeding. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Ervaring als kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke of coördinator in de voedingssector.
  • Grondige kennis van HACCP, voedselveiligheidsnormen en relevante wetgeving.
  • Leiderschapskwaliteiten en de gave om te motiveren.
  • Een analytisch, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht denkvermogen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het NL en FR
  • Een positieve ingesteldheid.
