Combineer jij klantgerichtheid met commerciële feeling en een nauwkeurige administratie? Als Allround Adviseur Bank & Verzekeringen ben je een veelzijdig aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je brengt hun behoeften in kaart, helpt hen met dagelijkse bank- en verzekeringsvragen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging. Je schakelt vlot tussen klantencontact, advies en dossierbeheer. Complexere vragen stem je af met gespecialiseerde collega’s, zodat elke klant de juiste begeleiding krijgt.Functie omschrijving

  • Klanten ontvangen en begeleiden: je helpt klanten op kantoor, telefonisch en via e-mail en bouwt duurzame vertrouwensrelaties op.
  • Behoeften analyseren en adviseren: je brengt de financiële en verzekeringsbehoeften van klanten in kaart en stelt passende oplossingen voor binnen jouw expertise en bevoegdheden.
  • Dagelijkse bankzaken ondersteunen: je begeleidt klanten bij vragen over rekeningen, betaalverkeer en digitale banktoepassingen.
  • Verzekeringsdossiers opvolgen: je ondersteunt bij offertes, aanvragen, poliswijzigingen en de administratieve verwerking.
  • Commerciële kansen herkennen: je denkt proactief mee met klanten en verwijst gericht door naar specialisten voor bijvoorbeeld kredieten, beleggingen of complexere verzekeringen.
  • Administratieve kwaliteit bewaken: je houdt klantgegevens en dossiers volledig en actueel en werkt volgens de interne procedures.
  • Breed inzetbaar samenwerken: je ondersteunt collega’s en springt bij waar nodig om de dagelijkse kantoorwerking vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je hebt een bachelor in Financiën & Verzekeringen, een economische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring in de bank- of verzekeringssector is een sterke troef.
  • Je combineert een commerciële ingesteldheid met oprechte aandacht voor de behoeften van de klant.
  • Je communiceert helder en maakt financiële of verzekeringstechnische informatie begrijpelijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en gestructureerd en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke gegevens.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert vlot nieuwe producten, systemen en procedures aan.
  • Je neemt initiatief, stelt prioriteiten en werkt graag samen.
  • Je bent bereid de nodige opleidingen en attesten voor jouw takenpakket te behalen en actueel te houden.
