In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je klantencontact met verkoopadministratie en praktische ondersteuning. Je helpt professionele installateurs verder, zorgt dat bestellingen klaarstaan en draagt samen met je collega’s bij aan de commerciële groei van het filiaal.Functie omschrijving

  • Klanten ontvangen en adviseren: je bent het aanspreekpunt in het filiaal, luistert naar de behoeften van installateurs en geeft technisch advies over producten en toepassingen.
  • Vragen beantwoorden: je helpt klanten aan de balie, telefonisch en via e-mail en zorgt voor duidelijke, klantgerichte antwoorden.
  • Verkoop administratief verwerken: je registreert verkopen en bestellingen nauwkeurig en houdt de bijhorende administratie op orde.
  • Bestellingen klaarzetten: je zorgt dat klanten hun bestelling correct en vlot kunnen meenemen.
  • Offertes ondersteunen: je verzamelt de nodige informatie en helpt bij de opmaak van passende offertes.
  • Commerciële kansen benutten: je werkt samen met collega’s en het sales- en marketingteam om de klantenrelaties te versterken en het filiaal verder uit te bouwen.
  • Orde en overzicht bewaren: je draagt bij aan een nette, georganiseerde werkomgeving waarin klanten professioneel geholpen worden.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond (door opleiding of werkervaring) of sterke technische affiniteit.
  • Kennis van verwarming, ventilatie en sanitair (HVAC) is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en haalt energie uit persoonlijk contact.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, ook bij administratieve taken.
  • Kennis van Navision is een troef.
  • Je bent een teamspeler met een positieve, dienstverlenende ingesteldheid.
