Breng jij overzicht in complexe bouwprojecten en weet je teams naar sterke resultaten te leiden? Voor een onderneming actief in grondwerken en infrastructuur zoeken we een ervaren Operationeel Manager die de volledige projectwerking aanstuurt. Je verbindt langetermijnplanning met de dagelijkse uitvoering en houdt veiligheid, kwaliteit en financiële controle centraal. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor project- en werfleiders, blijft betrokken bij de werven en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de algemeen directeur of zaakvoerder.Functie omschrijving

  • De projectportefeuille overzien: je bewaakt alle projecten vóór, tijdens en na uitvoering en signaleert tijdig risico’s, knelpunten en verbeterkansen.
  • Planning en voorbereiding coördineren: je beheert de langetermijnplanning van werven en calculatie en stemt het voortraject af met werkvoorbereiders, calculatoren en projectteams.
  • Project- en werfleiders aansturen: je organiseert wekelijkse overlegmomenten, bepaalt prioriteiten en ondersteunt de technische, organisatorische, administratieve en financiële opvolging.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit bewaken: je woont startvergaderingen van private en openbare projecten bij, voert werfcontroles uit en zorgt dat afspraken worden nageleefd.
  • Financiële prestaties opvolgen: je bewaakt samen met de projectverantwoordelijken de financiële voortgang en controleert de facturatie van lopende projecten.
  • Relaties en samenwerking versterken: je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, overheidsinstanties en onderaannemers en bent beschikbaar voor het team op kantoor en op de werf.
  • Mensen en processen ontwikkelen: je werkt mee aan de rekrutering en beoordeling van medewerkers en onderaannemers en zet verbeterinitiatieven om in concrete acties.
  • Operationeel bijspringen: wanneer nodig neem je tijdelijk taken van een werf- of projectleider op om de continuïteit te verzekeren.
  • Je beschikt over een relevant bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen grondwerken, wegenis of infrastructuur. Sectorervaring is noodzakelijk.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het leiden en begeleiden van teams en geeft richting met duidelijke afspraken.
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met aandacht voor financiële controle en procesverbetering.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en neemt ook onder druk doordachte beslissingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met medewerkers, klanten en externe partners en werkt graag samen.
  • Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen strategisch overzicht en praktische ondersteuning op de werf.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en werkt vlot met Microsoft Office en ERP-systemen.
