Voor een toonaangevende Belgische verzekeraar zoeken we een Process Analyst die financiële processen, rapportering en ondersteunende systemen efficiënter maakt. Je verbindt business en IT en vertaalt verbetermogelijkheden naar praktische oplossingen met een meetbare impact op kwaliteit en werking.Functie omschrijving

  • Analyseren, coördineren en opvolgen van geprioriteerde businessvragen binnen Finance en Reporting.
  • Vertalen van businessbehoeften naar heldere functionele analyses en specificaties.
  • Identificeren van inefficiënties, operationele risico’s en verbeterkansen in bestaande processen.
  • Begeleiden van verbeterinitiatieven rond financiële workflows, datakwaliteit, rapportering en systemen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen IT en de teams Reporting, Control en Performance Management.
  • Organiseren van workshops en afstemmen met stakeholders om tot gedragen beslissingen te komen.
  • Bewaken van de roadmap, prioriteiten en afhankelijkheden, en rapporteren over de voortgang aan het management.
  • Kennis van levensverzekeringsproducten en de bijbehorende processen.
  • Goed inzicht in boekhouding en financiële rapportering, inclusief BEGAAP en IFRS.
  • Sterk begrip van IT-systemen en applicatielandschappen.
  • Het vermogen om complexe businessbehoeften te vertalen naar duidelijke functionele vereisten.
  • Een analytische en conceptuele blik, met aandacht voor details én het volledige proces.
  • Sterke communicatie-, coördinatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden, gecombineerd met een proactieve en zelfstandige werkstijl.
  • Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
