Als Projectingenieur Bouw maak je deel uit van het werfteam en speel je een sleutelrol in de technische en administratieve voorbereiding van complexe bouwprojecten. Met jouw ervaring in complexe gevelconstructies vertaal je ontwerpen naar uitvoerbare oplossingen en werk je nauw samen met projectleiding, architecten, studiebureaus en uitvoerende partners. Je zorgt mee voor een efficiënte, rendabele en kwalitatieve uitvoering van het project.Functie omschrijving

  • Je werkt complexe gevelconstructies en technische details uit en stemt deze af met architecten en studiebureaus.
  • Je ondersteunt de projectleider bij de technische werkvoorbereiding, projectplanning en opvolging van de uitvoering.
  • Je volgt de studie op, controleert ontwerpen en bepaalt mee de meest efficiënte uitvoeringsmethoden.
  • Je bewaakt de financiële en administratieve aspecten van de werkvoorbereiding en zoekt naar optimalisaties.
  • Je ondersteunt kwaliteits- en veiligheidscontroles, waaronder taak-risicoanalyses, keuringen en veiligheidsrondgangen.
  • Je volgt werfdocumentatie, afwijkingen, klachten, keuringen en andere kwaliteitsregistraties nauwgezet op.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master Bouwkunde, Ingenieurswetenschappen of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen bouwprojecten en bij voorkeur een sterke kennis van complexe gevelconstructies.
  • Je kunt technische plannen en details analyseren en hebt een goed inzicht in bouwtechnische uitvoeringsmethoden.
  • Je bent sterk in planning, administratie en technische coördinatie en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt vlot samen met projectleiders, architecten, studiebureaus en andere bouwpartners.
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen op de werf.
