Combineer jij technische HVAC-kennis met organisatietalent en sterk leiderschap? Als Projectleider Onderhoud HVAC zorg je dat onderhoudscontracten worden vertaald naar een efficiënte planning, een kwalitatieve uitvoering en tevreden klanten.Van preventief onderhoud tot contracten met totale waarborg: jij bewaakt de technische, organisatorische en financiële opvolging. Je werkt vanuit regio Brugge, stuurt HVAC- en koeltechniekers aan en beheert voornamelijk onderhoudscontracten in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.Functie omschrijving

  • Onderhoud plannen en opvolgen: je vertaalt contractuele afspraken naar een concrete maandplanning en bewaakt de uitvoering.
  • Nieuwe contracten opstarten: je voert ter plaatse nulstaatmetingen uit en brengt de toestand van installaties in kaart.
  • Techniekers aansturen: je organiseert de inzet van HVAC- en koeltechniekers en stuurt bij bij onverwachte omstandigheden.
  • Klanten adviseren: je bespreekt technische behoeften en stelt offertes op voor werkzaamheden buiten het onderhoudscontract.
  • Materialen en informatie beheren: je bestelt materialen volgens de planning en houdt technische specificaties en materiaalgegevens actueel.
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid bewaken: je controleert de werkzaamheden en zorgt voor een veilige, professionele uitvoering.
  • Financiële resultaten opvolgen: je bewaakt de financiële status van de contracten en rapporteert regelmatig aan je leidinggevende.
  • Je hebt een bachelor Elektromechanica, bij voorkeur optie Klimatisering, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over minstens drie jaar ervaring met HVAC-technieken en de opvolging van onderhoudscontracten.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en bent sterk in planning, organisatie en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je schakelt vlot bij onvoorziene omstandigheden en denkt in praktische oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert assertief en helder en stemt je aanpak af op klanten, techniekers en collega’s.
  • Je werkt vanuit regio Brugge en bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar onderhoudslocaties in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.
