Als Projectleider Waterbeheer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter complexe leidingtechnische projecten. Je leidt elk project van A tot Z: van voorbereiding tot oplevering, van planning tot uitvoering. Dankzij jouw technische expertise en organisatorisch talent zorg je voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen teams, onderaannemers, klanten en overheden.Functie omschrijving

  • Leiden en coördineren van leidingtechnische projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering
  • Spoort lekken en problemen aan leidingen op en rapporteert helder
  • Opstellen, opvolgen en bewaken van planningen en budgetten
  • Voert inspecties uit, denk aan camera-inspecties, drukmetingen, lekdetecties, 3D‑scans…
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Sterke relaties onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en overheidsinstanties
  • Problemen analyseren en oplossen met een praktische en resultaatgerichte aanpak
  • Bachelor of master in bouwkunde, industrieel ingenieur of gelijkwaardige technische richting
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in leidingtechnieken, infrastructuur of bouwprojecten
  • Hebt interesse in of ervaring met drinkwaterbeheer, leidingen en inspecties
  • Sterke organisatorische, communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans
  • Hands-on, flexibel en bereid om op verschillende werven in de regio Wallonië te werken
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
