Heb je ervaring binnen kwaliteit in een productie- of maakomgeving en krijg je energie van procesverbetering en operational excellence? Als Quality Engineer in regio Kortrijk bewaak en verbeter je de kwaliteit van processen en producten binnen een omgeving gericht op bouw en afwerking. Je combineert kwaliteitsmanagement met een hands-on aanpak en zet audits, Lean en QRM-methodieken in om structurele verbeteringen te realiseren.Functie omschrijving

  • Je analyseert, bewaakt en verbetert de kwaliteitsprocessen binnen productie en afwerking en vertaalt knelpunten naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je voert interne en externe audits uit, volgt bevindingen en afwijkingen op en bewaakt de implementatie van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen.
  • Je onderzoekt kwaliteitsproblemen en klachten, voert _oot cause analyses uit en zorgt voor duurzame oplossingen die herhaling voorkomen.
  • Je past Lean- en QRM-technieken (Quick Response Manufacturing) toe om kwaliteit, doorlooptijden en operationele processen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, engineering, operations en andere betrokken afdelingen en stimuleert een sterke kwaliteits- en verbetercultuur.
  • Je volgt kwaliteitsgegevens en KPI's op, rapporteert over resultaten en zet verbeterprojecten op rond kwaliteit, efficiëntie en procesbeheersing.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een kwaliteitsfunctie binnen productie, industrie of een maakomgeving; affiniteit met bouw, bouwmaterialen of afwerking is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagement, procesverbetering en het uitvoeren en opvolgen van audits.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Lean-methodieken en hebt bij voorkeur kennis van of ervaring met QRM en continue verbetering.
  • Je bent sterk in probleem- en oorzaakanalyse en weet kwaliteitsproblemen om te zetten in praktische en structurele verbetermaatregelen.
  • Je combineert analytisch denkvermogen met een hands-on mentaliteit en werkt vlot samen met zowel medewerkers op de werkvloer als management.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans en kunt kwaliteitsonderwerpen helder overbrengen naar verschillende stakeholders.
