Bouw jij aan een serviceorganisatie waarop klanten én medewerkers kunnen rekenen? Voor een technische onderneming zoeken we een Service Manager die mensen verbindt, structuur brengt en de dagelijkse dienstverlening verder professionaliseert.Je leidt de serviceafdeling en zorgt dat onderhoud, interventies en technische ondersteuning veilig, kwalitatief, klantgericht en rendabel verlopen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het management en krijgt de autonomie om processen, samenwerking en resultaten te verbeteren. HVAC-kennis is een troef; ervaren servicemanagers uit andere technische sectoren zijn eveneens welkom.Functie omschrijving

  • Je leidt en ontwikkelt je team: je coacht accountmanagers, planners en administratieve medewerkers en zorgt samen voor een efficiënte inzet van techniekers.
  • Je bewaakt de operationele werking: je stemt planning en capaciteit af op onderhoud, interventies en andere serviceopdrachten.
  • Je stelt duidelijke prioriteiten: je maakt doordachte keuzes wanneer urgente opdrachten, klantverwachtingen en beschikbare capaciteit botsen.
  • Je stuurt op prestaties en rendement: je volgt KPI’s, openstaande opdrachten en achterstanden op en vertaalt analyses naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor veiligheid en kwaliteit: je creëert duidelijke afspraken en bewaakt een veilige, professionele uitvoering.
  • Je behandelt complexe escalaties: je ondersteunt het team bij operationele knelpunten en zoekt duurzame oplossingen voor klanten.
  • Je versterkt de organisatie: je bevordert de samenwerking tussen techniekers, planning, administratie en andere afdelingen en rapporteert over voortgang en resultaten.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen service, onderhoud of technische dienstverlening, gecombineerd met aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring.
  • Je bent sterk in het organiseren van teams en het afstemmen van verschillende belangen.
  • Je hebt inzicht in capaciteitsplanning, operationele prestaties en rendement.
  • Je combineert klantgerichtheid met besluitvaardigheid en bewaart overzicht en rust onder druk.
  • Je communiceert helder, geeft vertrouwen en durft medewerkers constructief aan te spreken.
  • Je staat dicht bij je team en stimuleert eigenaarschap, samenwerking en ontwikkeling.
  • Kennis van HVAC is een meerwaarde, geen vereiste.
  • Je woont in de ruime regio
