Als Tweetalig Calculator Metaal & Staal vorm je de cruciale schakel tussen klantaanvraag en offerte. Je analyseert technische plannen, lastenboeken en specificaties en vertaalt deze naar nauwkeurige en competitieve prijsberekeningen voor hoogwaardige stalen en brandwerende deuren. Je combineert technisch inzicht met commerciële feeling en werkt nauw samen met sales, projectleiding en productie om voor elke klant de technisch én economisch beste oplossing te realiseren.Functie omschrijving

  • Je analyseert aanvragen, technische tekeningen, plannen en lastenboeken en vertaalt deze naar nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen.
  • Je stelt offertes op voor stalen en brandwerende deuren en vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je werkt technische en budgettaire oplossingen uit en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties in materiaalgebruik, productie en kostprijs.
  • Je ondersteunt de werkvoorbereiding en productie en bewaakt de technische haalbaarheid, kwaliteit en veiligheidsvereisten.
  • Je fungeert als technisch-commercieel aanspreekpunt voor klanten, architecten, verkopers en interne collega's.
  • Je werkt mee binnen R&D aan de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van het gamma stalen deuren.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding in bouw, metaal, hout of gelijkwaardig door ervaring en hebt een eerste ervaring als calculator, werkvoorbereider of technisch-commercieel medewerker.
  • Ervaring binnen metaalbouw, schrijnwerk of staal-, aluminium-, PVC- of houtconstructies is een sterke troef.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen en lastenboeken vlot lezen en beschikt over een sterk technisch en cijfermatig inzicht.
  • Je communiceert uitstekend in Nederlands en Frans; Frans is essentieel voor de dagelijkse samenwerking met de productie nabij Luik.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en oplossingsgericht en combineert zelfstandigheid met een sterke teamgeest.
  • Kennis van brandwerende deuren, relevante normering en/of calculatie- en ERP-software is een plus.
