KSA is een jeugdbeweging die speelse en zinvolle vrijetijdsbesteding biedt aan 36.500 kinderen en jongeren in Vlaanderen. Onze nationale koepel ondersteunt meer dan 3000 vrijwilligers in hun engagement, zowel op pedagogisch als administratief vlak. Wij geloven dat kinderen en jongeren het meest groeien wanneer ze mogen spelen, zich verbonden voelen met anderen en zich kunnen engageren voor iets wat groter is dan zichzelf. Functie

Je maakt deel uit van Team Communicatie, samen met een vormgever en een communicatieverantwoordelijke (je directe leidinggevende). Je ondersteunt de uitvoering van het communicatiebeleid en neemt daarbij ook verantwoordelijkheid op voor verschillende communicatiekanalen en projecten. Je bewaart het overzicht, zorgt ervoor dat communicatieacties op elkaar afgestemd zijn en bewaakt mee de planning en deadlines. Het communicatieplan is daarbij een belangrijk instrument om richting te geven aan de weg die KSA op communicatievlak wil bewandelen. Je denkt mee na over hoe we onze doelgroepen het best bereiken, draagt de visie van KSA uit en helpt onze communicatiedoelstellingen realiseren.

De procentuele verdeling van je tijd over de verschillende thema’s is geschaald op 100%. Hierbij is ook ruimte vrijgelaten (25%) voor algemene taken, zoals overleg, het beantwoorden van mails en het afstemmen met collega’s en vrijwilligers. Afhankelijk van je tewerkstellingspercentage (40, 50 of 60%) zullen deze thema’s dus ongeveer het procentuele deel uitmaken van je takenpakket.

Je bereikt je doelen door je andere collega’s en vrijwilligers te enthousiasmeren, te coachen en vlot met hen samen te werken. Voor jou is iedereen welkom en heeft ieders talent een meerwaarde binnen KSA.

  • Je hebt een vlotte, creatieve pen en weet complexe informatie om te zetten in heldere, aantrekkelijke en toegankelijke teksten. Je houdt ervan om creatieve ideeën om te zetten in realistische projecten die hun doel bereiken.
  • Je hebt ervaring met sociale media en basiskennis van tools zoals Canva of andere eenvoudige vormgevingsprogramma’s. Je kan dit inzetten om leiding en leden te boeien met pedagogisch relevante thema’s.
  • Je werkt vlot samen in teamverband, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor eigen taken en initiatieven, en stemt af met anderen om gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en stelt prioriteiten om je taken efficiënt af te ronden, zelfs wanneer er druk ligt op de tijd.
  • Je werkt planmatig en gestructureerd, houdt overzicht over verschillende taken en deadlines en volgt afspraken en lopende processen nauwgezet op.
  • Je past je snel aan veranderende omstandigheden en werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de pedagogische aspecten van jeugdwerk.
  • Je bent bereid om avond- en weekendwerk te verrichten als dit nodig is.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een rijbewijs B.
