Diese Aufgabe erwartet Sie:

  • Entfernen des Einguß- Speisersystem und Strahlen von Gußteilen (z. B. durch Strahlen, Abschlagen, Brennen, Trennen und Pendeln mit einfach zu bedienenden Werkzeugen/Maschinen (z. B. Handschleif-, Trenn-, Pendelmaschine, Druckluftmeißelhammer, Brennschneider und Strahlanlage)
  • Einfache Werkstoff- und Produktkenntnisse zum Entfernen der Speiser und Einstellen der Strahlzeiten
  • Ausstoßen von Kernsand und Kerneisen aus den Innenräumen von Gußteilen
  • Auf- und Abhängen von Gußteilen an den vorgesehenen Strahlvorrichtung
  • Sortieren des entfernten Einguß- und Speisersystems nach Werkstoff in Transportbehälter
  • Einfache Sichtprüfung der Gußteile nach eindeutigen Merkmalen - bei Abweichungen Information des Vorgesetzten
  • Teiletransport mit einfach zu bedienenden Hebezeugen (z. B. Kran, Hubwagen, Elektrohubwagen)
  • Beheben kleinerer Störungen und Ausführung einfacher Wartungsarbeiten

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallumfeld (z.B. Teilezurichter (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d), o.Ä.)
  • Grundlegende SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Selbständige, sorgfältige und umsichtige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
