Buscamos para Santiago Técnico(a) medio o superior Mecánico(a), Electromecánico(a), Mantenimiento Industrial o carrera afín para el cargo de Técnico(a) II , con experiencia y conocimientos en reparación de equipos de bombeo, puesta en marcha y testo de bombas, entre otros.

Propósito del cargo:

Llevar a cabo los requerimientos relacionados al desarme, limpieza de componentes, evaluación, montaje, diagnóstico, armado, ajustes, embalaje y pintura de los equipos intervenidos, conforme a los procedimientos establecidos por KSB, completando los protocolos que demande el servicio, ya sea en taller o terreno.

Funciones:

  • Diagnosticar, evaluar, armar y ajustar conforme a procedimientos y manuales los equipos que intervenga.
  • Ejecutar el correcto desmontaje, montaje, participar en puesta en marcha y velar por el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos intervenidos.
  • Ingresar, inspeccionar y fotografiar los equipos designados como registro inicial del procedimiento.
  • Ejecutar con responsabilidad los desarmes, evaluación y diagnóstico de los equipos que le sean destinados.
  • Solicitar los protocolos y manuales necesarios de desarme y controles dimensionales para la ejecución de los procedimientos solicitados.
  • Utilizar los instrumentos para el control dimensional de componentes.
  • Desarmar, inspeccionar y evaluar piezas y partes de los equipos intervenidos.
  • Solicitar repuestos de equipos aceptados de acuerdo a la evaluación técnica y económica que se lleven a cabo.
  • Revisar el estado de las herramientas y equipos utilizados en taller e informar en forma oportuna las desviaciones respectivas.
  • Apoyar mantención, inspección, reparación de sistemas de bombeos en terreno o instalaciones de clientes
  • Poseer los Conocimientos y velar cumplimiento de las normas y políticas medioambientales, salud y seguridad laboral (SIG).
  • Aportar ideas y soluciones que mejoren y simplifiquen la correcta ejecución de los servicios.
  • Utilizar los móviles, equipos y maquinaria que la empresa pone a disposición para ayudar en la ejecución de sus labores, en los cuales ha sido autorizado y/o capacitado por la empresa y/o la autoridad competente.

Requisitos:

- Técnico(a) (medio o superior) Mecánico(a), Industrial, Electromecánico(a) o afín.

- 1 año en un cargo similar (taller) o con experiencia en revisión de bombas hidráulicas.

- Interpretación de planos.

- Conocimientos de metrología y procesos de alineación de maquinaria.

- Uso de máquinas y herramientas.

- Conocimiento en hidráulica.

- Deseable Licencia D.
