About Ksisters Ksisters is a K-beauty distribution and marketing company operating across Singapore, Malaysia, and the US. We manage a portfolio of in-house and partner beauty brands, working hands-on across the full commerce funnel — content, social, live commerce, retail activation, and brand building with real regional reach for a company our size.

About the role This internship is a hands-on introduction to e-commerce. You’ll work directly on our Shopee and TikTok Shop stores and learn how online sales work day to day: listings, campaigns, mega sale days, and what drives conversion. You’ll also be part of our live commerce team. That means hosting and supporting livestreams, and working with the creators and affiliates who sell our products.

What you’ll do Marketplace operations (Shopee & TikTok Shop)

  • Set up and update product listings, including titles, images, descriptions, pricing, and vouchers
  • Help plan and run campaigns for mega sale days (e.g. 11.11, 12.12, payday sales) and platform promotions
  • Track daily sales, traffic, and ad performance, and help find out what’s working

Monitor stock levels and work with the operations team so orders go out smoothly

Livestreaming

  • Host or co-host TikTok and Shopee livestreams, presenting products and engaging viewers in real time
  • Prepare for each live: scripts, product run-sheets, promotions, and setup
  • Moderate comments and manage pinned products and vouchers during streams
  • Review each live’s results (viewers, engagement, sales) and suggest improvements

Creator & affiliate management

  • Find and reach out to TikTok creators and affiliates who fit the brand
  • Coordinate product samples, briefs, content timelines, and posting schedules
  • Track creator content and sales performance, and build good long-term relationships
  • Support creator-led livestreams and collaborations

Who we’re looking for

  • Interested in e-commerce, social commerce, and beauty
  • Comfortable on camera, or keen to build that confidence. Livestreaming is a core part of this role
  • An active TikTok user who understands what makes content work
  • Organised, able to manage several creators and tasks at once
  • A clear, friendly communicator
  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking data

Bonus: experience with Shopee Seller Centre or TikTok Shop Seller Center

Working hours: Monday - Friday Livestreams and sale campaigns often run in the evenings, on weekends, and around midnight during mega sale days (e.g. 11.11 kicks off at 12am). You’ll need to work odd hours when the schedule calls for it.
