Der Stadtteil Mett ist ein vielfältiges und multilinguales Quartier in der lebendigen Stadt Biel/Bienne. Die Schuleinheit Mett umfasst drei Schulhäuser. Im Schulhaus Sahligut finden täglich rund 160 Kinder unterschiedlicher Herkunft zusammen und lernen mit rund 25 Lehrpersonen in deutschsprachigen Klassen, vom Kindergarten bis zur 6. Klasse. Dies in vielfältigen Formen, in der Regel integrativ und ausgerichtet am Churer Modell. Die Schuleinheit bietet eine Tagesschulstruktur an.

Aufgaben ###

Wir suchen für den Mittwoch und den Freitag Vormittag eine Lehrperson, die im Regelunterricht, wie im Teamteaching eine vielfältige Klasse leiten will und Schüler, die mehr Unterstützung brauchen gezielt fördern kann. Am Mittwoch sind es 4 Lektionen Regelunterricht Deutsch und NMG oder ein übergreifendes Thema. Unterstützt werden Sie durch eine Klassenhilfe. Am Freitag Vormittag sind es 5 Lektionen Teamteaching mit der Klassenlehrerin für die gezielte Förderung und Unterstützung im Klassenverband und Kleingruppen, ebenfalls im Bereich Deutsch und NMG.

Sie sind eine engagierte Heilpädagog:in, das heisst, Sie mögen die pädagogische Herausforderung, Sie haben einen Blick für die kleinen Schritte voran. Dankbare Schüler:innen und ein gelingendes Miteinander im Klassenteam geben Ihnen Sinn und Schwung. Falls Sie sich angesprochen fühlen, ein Kriterium aber nicht direkt passt, so melden Sie sich gleichwohl.

- Die Stelle kann im kommenden Schuljahr fortgeführt werden. - Sie werden Teil eines zuverlässigen Kollegiums. - Eine erfahrene Schulsozialarbeiterin berät und unterstützt Sie in Ihren erzieherischen Aufgaben. - Stehen Sie am Anfang Ihrer Berufslaufbahn oder steigen Sie wieder in den Lehrberuf ein, so finden sie weitere Unterstützung und Begleitung im Kollegium, der Schulstufengruppe (LP21: -Zyklusgruppe-) und dem erfahrenen Schulleitungsteam. - Schulfeste, Projektwochen, Sporttage, Weihnachtsingen und anderes prägenden Jahreslauf unserer Schuleinheit. - Im Schulhaus wird Deutsch gesprochen. Es gibt bilinguale Projekte, in die Sie sich einbringen können oder diese selber entwerfen. - Das Schulleitungsteam legt Wert auf eine Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe. Es pflegt den Dialog unter lernenden Fachleuten ausgerichtet auf das Lernen der Schülerinnen und Schüler. - Bei uns können sie einen aktiven und sinnstiftenden Beitrag leisten - für mehr Bildungsgerechtigkeit.
