Aufgaben ###

Die neu geschaffene Stelle bietet viel Gestaltungsspielraum und verbindet pädagogische Arbeit im Schulalltag, individuelle Begleitung von Kindern & Jugendlichen sowie naturpädagogische Elemente. - Stellvertretungen in verschiedenen Klassen (Zyklus 2/3) bei Bedarf - Einzelbegleitung von Kindern zur Unterstützung der Emotionsregulation - Unterstützung von Klassen und Lehrpersonen im Unterricht - Durchführung von naturpädagogischen Angeboten (z.B. Kompetenztraining im Wald / in der Natur, Schulgarten) - Aktive Mitgestaltung von Kriseninterventionen und Lösungsstrategien - Mitarbeit an der Konzeptentwicklung und Weiterentwicklung der neu geschaffenen Stelle

Anforderungen ###

Sie sind eine stabile Persönlichkeit, die gerne flexibel arbeitet und neue Wege im pädagogischen Alltag mitgestaltet. Idealerweise bringen Sie mit: - Ausbildung und/oder Erfahrung als Lehrperson oder in Schulischer Heilpädagogik - Flexibilität und Offenheit für unterschiedliche Einsatzbereiche - Innovationsfreude und Kreativität - Vielseitigkeit und Humor - Konfliktfähigkeit - Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern mit herausforderndem Verhalten - Bereitschaft zur engen Zusammenarbeit im Team - Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative - Interesse an natur- und erlebnispädagogischer Arbeit
