Das Gymnasium Neufeld ist eine staatliche Schule des Kantons Bern mit rund 1-850 Studierenden, Schüler:innen, 220 Lehrpersonen und 50 Angestellten. Die Schule stellt klare und hohe Anforderungen an die Lehrenden und Lernenden und legt Wert auf eine umfassende Beratung und Betreuung. Die drei gymnasialen Abteilungen (Abteilung Geistes- und Humanwissenschaften, Abteilung Mathematik und Naturwissenschaften, Abteilung Wirtschafts- und Rechtswissenschaften) sind entlang der Schwerpunktfächer organisiert und führen zu einer gymnasialen Matura. Die Ausbildung in der vierten Abteilung, der Berner Maturitätsschule für Erwachsene, führt zu einem gymnasialen Maturitätsabschluss oder zur Passerellen-Prüfung. Die fünfte Abteilung, die kantonale Fachmittelschule, bietet eine dreijährige Ausbildung mit kantonalem Fachmittelschul- bzw. Fachmaturitätsabschluss an.

Aufgaben ###

Als Leiter:in der Abteilung Wirtschafts- und Rechtswissenschaften, 60-70% (exkl. Unterricht), sind Sie für die pädagogische und administrative Leitung dieser Abteilung verantwortlich. Dabei organisieren, fördern und entwickeln Sie den Unterricht in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kollegium gemäss den Ziel- und Qualitätsvorgaben unserer Schule und des Kantons weiter. Sie sind zusammen mit der Gesamtleitung und den weiteren Abteilungsleiter:innen Teil der Schulleitung des Gymnasiums Neufeld. Neben der Schulleitungstätigkeit erwarten wir, dass Sie ein kleines Pensum unterrichten.

Anforderungen ###

Für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Führungs- oder Projektleitungserfahrung, mit abgeschlossener Fachausbildung als Gymnasiallehrer:in und mehrjähriger Unterrichtserfahrung an einer Mittelschule. Sie sind verhandlungsgeschickt und umsetzungsstark; Ihr Arbeitsstil ist strukturiert und lösungsorientiert. Sie arbeiten gerne in einem Team und sind bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Sie sind fähig, zielgruppengerecht und kompetent zu kommunizieren. Sie bringen eine Schulleitungsausbildung mit oder sind bereit, eine solche zeitnah zu absolvieren.
