Aufgaben ###

BIST DU BEREIT? - Unterrichten einer BPI-Klasse in den Fächern Sprache/Kommunikation (Deutsch als Zweitsprache), Beruf und Gesellschaft (Berufswelt und Integration), begleitetes individuelles Arbeiten - Geteiltes Klassenlehrpensum und unterrichten im Teamteaching - 1 zu 1 Coachinglektionen und Betreuung der Lernenden - Startende Klasse: Unsere Klasse startet azyklisch und somit bist du von Anfang an dabei - Erwartete Klassengrösse: ca. 16 Lernende - Förderung der schulischen, sprachlichen und persönlichen Kompetenzen - Unterstützung der Lernenden bei der beruflichen Orientierung, der Praktikums- und Lehrstellensuche - Zusammenarbeit mit Fachstellen, Partnerorganisationen, Eltern/Erziehungsberechtigten und Betrieben - Engagement im Rahmen des Berufsauftrags für eine Schule, die sich weiterentwickelt

DAS BRINGST DU MIT - Lehrdiplom (vorzugsweise für die Sekundarstufe I) - Erfahrung mit Unterricht in DaZ - Innovative und offene Grundhaltung - Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen - Begeisterungs- und Teamfähigkeit - Digitale Affinität - Eine selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit - Teamarbeit ist zentraler Bestandteil deiner Arbeitshaltung
