Die Schule Lützelflüh ist eine lebendige und vielseitige Schule mit fünf Standorten: der Primarschule Dorf mit den vier Kindergärten in Lützelflüh, der Sekundarstufe 1 Lützelflüh, der Primarschule mit Kindergarten in Grünenmatt sowie den Schulhäusern Egg und Ranflüh. Rund 430 Schülerinnen und Schüler werden vom Kindergarten bis zur Sekundarstufe 1 von über 50 engagierten Lehrpersonen unterrichtet und begleitet.

Aufgaben ###

\-Sie übernehmen gemeinsam mit dem Schulleitungsteam die operative, personelle und pädagogische Führung der Schule Lützelflüh mit rund 60 Lehrpersonen an fünf Standorten. -Gemeinsam mit dem Schulleitungsteam, das vom Gesamtschulleiter geführt wird, setzen Sie die strategischen Vorgaben der Schulkommission um. -Als Mitglied des Schulleitungsteams gestalten Sie die Schul- und Unterrichtsentwicklung aktiv mit und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Schule bei. -Innerhalb des Schulleitungsteams liegt Ihr Schwerpunkt auf der Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Sekundarstufe 1. -Sie übernehmen Führungs- und Organisationsaufgaben gemäss der kantonalen Lehreranstellungsgesetzgebung und tragen zu einer konstruktiven, wertschätzenden Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Schule bei.

Anforderungen ###

\-Sie verfügen über eine pädagogische Ausbildung und bringen idealerweise mehrjährige Unterrichtserfahrung mit. -Sie haben eine Schulleitungsausbildung abgeschlossen oder sind bereit, diese zu absolvieren. -Sie bringen Führungskompetenzen und Führungserfahrung mit und verstehen es, Mitarbeitende wertschätzend, klar und lösungsorientiert zu begleiten. -Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, schätzen den gemeinsamen Austausch und tragen aktiv zu einer konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit im Schulleitungsteam bei. -Sie interessieren sich für zeitgemässe Schul- und Unterrichtsentwicklung und bringen eigene Ideen und Impulse ein. -Sie verfügen über organisatorisches Geschick, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten. -Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung auf der Sekundarstufe 1 mit.
