In der Gemeinde Lyss mit über 16'000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern werden rund 1'920 Schülerinnen und Schüler in 4 Schulstandorten unterrichtet. Jeder Standort verfügt über eine Schulsozialarbeit und eine Tagesschule. In der Schule Grentschel werden in 26 Klassen rund 530 Schülerinnen und Schüler vom Kindergarten bis zur 9. Klasse unterrichtet. Aufgrund der Pensionierung des Stelleninhabers suchen wir per 1.8.2027 einen neuen Schulleiter oder eine neue Schulleiterin.

Aufgaben ###

Im Rahmen des Berufsauftrages übernehmen Sie zusammen mit zwei weiteren Schulleitungen die fachliche, organisatorische sowie personelle Führung der Schule Grentschel. Sie sind Mitglied der Schulleitungskonferenz Lyss und unterstehen fachlich und personell der Abteilungsleitung Bildung + Kultur. Sie sind zuständig für die Umsetzung der kantonalen und kommunalen Vorgaben und für die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit der Gemeinde. Ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Aufgabe umfasst die Weiterentwicklung der Schule und der Unterrichtsqualität sowie die Beratung und Unterstützung von Lehrpersonen und Erziehungsberechtigten bei Unstimmigkeiten. Eine Unterrichtstätigkeit ist zur Erhöhung des Beschäftigungsgrades vorstellbar.

Anforderungen ###

Sie haben Freude an einer anspruchsvollen Führungsposition im Schulumfeld, sind sich gewohnt, sowohl strategisch als auch operativ zu denken und handeln und scheuen sich nicht, Entscheide zu fällen. Nach dem pädagogischen Studium und Unterrichtserfahrung haben Sie die Weiterbildung zur Schulleitung absolviert oder sind bereit, diese in Angriff zu nehmen. Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrungen in der Schulleitung bzw. in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion mit. Ein positives Menschenbild, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit runden Ihr Profil ab. Ihre Eigenverantwortung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit konnten Sie schon mehrfach unter Beweis stellen.
