Aufgaben ###

\- Führungsunterstützung und Stellvertretung des Abteilungsleiters - Leiten von Projekten und Projektgruppen, Mitarbeit in abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten, Sitzungen und Arbeitsgruppen - Leitung Administrationsteam - Erarbeiten von Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen - Erstellen von Konzepten, Berichten und Anträgen zuhanden der Bildungskommission und Gemeindebehörden - Koordination von Schul-Infrastrukturen (Bedarfserhebung bis Beschaffung von Schulmobiliar, ICT, besondere Einrichtungen, etc.)

Anforderungen ###

\- Höhere Aus- und Weiterbildung in pädagogischer, technischer oder kaufmännischer Richtung auf Stufe Fachhochschule, höhere Fachschule - Mehrjährige Berufs- und Projektleitungserfahrung im Bereich Bildung - Hohe Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Sozial- und Verhandlungskompetenz - Flexibilität, Innovation, Kreativität sowie sehr gute konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
