The posting

Om onze groei in Frankrijk en Wallonië te versnellen, zoeken we een gedreven en taalvaardige Franstalige E-commerce en Marketing coördinator die onze merkuitstraling, communicatie en klantrelaties aan de andere kant van de grens naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Franstalige marketeer ben jij dé schakel tussen ons merk en onze Franstalige klanten. Jij begrijpt als geen ander hoe je Franse flair en gevoel voor esthetiek vertaalt naar impactvolle communicatie.

Je gaat je bezighouden met:

  • Franstalige social media: contentcreatie, community management en campagnes.
  • Klantenservice in het Frans (telefoon, e-mail, chat): professioneel, empathisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Webshopteksten en vertalingen: pakkende en SEO-geoptimaliseerde teksten voor productpagina’s, blogs en categorieën.
  • Marketingstrategie voor Frankrijk en Wallonië: ontwikkelen, uitvoeren en optimaliseren van een op maat gemaakt plan.
  • Het toepassen van dat unieke Franse “je ne sais quoi” op onze merkuitstraling, visuals en tone of voice.

Wat neem jij mee?

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau in marketing, communicatie of commercie.
  • Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je bent native speaker of near-native in het Frans, en spreekt ook goed Nederlands of Engels.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met social media marketing, e-commerce of contentcreatie.
  • Ervaring met tools zoals Meta Business Suite, Shopify, Klaviyo of vergelijkbare CMS/emailtools is een pré.
  • Je bent creatief, zelfstandig, gestructureerd en weet de juiste toon te raken bij de Franse doelgroep.
