Ihre Aufgabe Sie sind die Visitenkarte von KTZ im Markt und gewinnen durch Ihre hohe Präsenz bei Kunden neue Aufträge in zwei Geschäftsfeldern.

Klimaanlagen für Privatkunden und Industrie: Sie gewinnen aktiv neue Kunden im privaten, gewerblichen und industriellen Bereich, beraten diese vor Ort und klären ihre individuellen Bedürfnisse ab. Sie entwickeln passende Klimalösungen, erstellen Angebote, führen Verkaufsverhandlungen und bringen Aufträge erfolgreich zum Abschluss. Anschliessend übernehmen Sie die Projektleitung und koordinieren mit den internen Fachspezialisten die fachgerechte Umsetzung bis zur Übergabe an den Kunden.

Steckerfertige Kühl\- und Tiefkühlgeräte: Sie bauen dieses Geschäftsfeld gezielt weiter aus und gewinnen neue Kunden in der Gastronomie, im Gesundheitswesen, in Alters\- und Pflegeheimen, Laboren sowie weiteren Gewerbebetrieben. Mit Eigeninitiative, technischem Verständnis und Verkaufsgeschick überzeugen Sie Ihre Kunden von passenden Lösungen, pflegen bestehende Geschäftsbeziehungen und sorgen für erfolgreiche Verkaufsabschlüsse.

Ihr Profil Sie sind eine kommunikative, initiative Verkaufspersönlichkeit, die gerne auf Menschen zugeht, Kunden überzeugt und Geschäfte erfolgreich abschliesst. Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung im technischen Verkauf oder in der Kundenakquisition mit. Entscheidend sind jedoch Ihre Eigeninitiative, Ihr Verkaufsgeschick und Ihre Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt. Sie verfügen über eine technische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise in der Kälte\-, Klima\-, Heizungs\-, Sanitär\- oder Elektrotechnik, und können technische Zusammenhänge verständlich und überzeugend vermitteln. Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und behalten auch bei der Betreuung mehrerer Kunden und Projekte den Überblick. Ein Führerausweis der Kategorie B und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt; Französischkenntnisse sind willkommen.
