The posting

L’analyste pricing assure la gestion des activités de tarification, avec un fort accent sur l’amélioration continue.

Responsabilités :

  • Préparer les révisions des listes de prix européennes ainsi que les révisions des remises/incentives, conformément aux orientations de la Direction de la Business Unit Tracteurs.
  • Suivre les procédures d’approbation des prix jusqu’à leur validation. Tester et implémenter les listes de prix et incitations approuvées dans les environnements de test (Quality) puis de production.
  • Contribuer à la définition des prix des nouveaux produits en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes (centres de distributions, usines, achats, équipes commerciales, chefs de produits, finance).
  • Réaliser des analyses de prix basées sur la valeur (Value-Based Pricing) et assurer la diffusion des notifications de prix.
  • Analyser et répondre aux demandes de prix émanant du siège et des parties prenantes européennes concernant l’introduction de nouvelles options ou d’options existantes sur certains marchés locaux.
  • Apporter un support aux demandes de prix relatives à l’introduction de nouveaux équipements et options.
  • Collaborer avec le marketing pour la création des données de base pricing lors du lancement de nouveaux produits agricoles, espaces verts et outils/équipements.
  • Garantir que les prix de toutes les nomenclatures (BOM) et composants soient exacts et correctement reflétés tout au long de l’année.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme en commerce, économie, finance ou dans un domaine équivalent.
  • Solides compétences analytiques, esprit critique et capacités de reporting ; une maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel et Power BI est un plus.
  • Bonnes compétences en organisation et planification.
  • Excellentes capacités de synthèse.
  • Approche proactive et bonnes compétences en communication.
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais impérative (lu, écrit, parlé).

Atouts appréciés :

  • Connaissance du management produit dans les secteurs de l’agriculture et du matériel d’entretien des espaces verts.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, OneNote).
  • Connaissance des différentes méthodologies de pricing (cost-plus, tarification basée sur le marché, tarification basée sur la valeur).
  • Une première expérience en tant qu’analyste business ou contrôleur de gestion est appréciée.
  • Expérience en gestion de projets.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication.
