Ben jij technisch ingesteld, werk je graag met je handen en haal je voldoening uit het bouwen en assembleren van hoogwaardige machines en onderdelen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Voor onze assemblageafdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en nauwkeurige Monteur die samen met collega’s werkt aan de montage en afstelling van Kubota onderdelen en eindproducten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Monteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het assembleren, afstellen en testen van onderdelen en machines aan de hand van tekeningen en werkinstructies. Je werkt binnen vastgestelde normtijden en draagt actief bij aan kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering binnen de afdeling.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Produceren, monteren en afstellen van onderdelen en machines volgens specificaties;
  • Assembleren en testen van Kubota onderdelen en eindproducten;
  • Lezen en toepassen van montagetekeningen en werkinstructies;
  • Controleren en bewaken van de kwaliteit van onderdelen en producten;
  • Registreren van afgekeurde onderdelen en productiegegevens;
  • Correct gebruik en onderhoud van gereedschappen en meetmiddelen;
  • Zorgdragen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkomgeving;
  • Signaleren van verbeteringen in montageprocessen en werkmethoden;
  • Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met collega’s en Team Leader Assembly.

Wat breng je mee?

Wij zoeken een collega die technisch inzicht combineert met een proactieve en nauwkeurige werkhouding.

Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende:

  • Technische affiniteit of ervaring met montagewerkzaamheden;
  • Ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen;
  • Basiskennis van elektrotechniek is een pré;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht;
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt goed samenwerken;
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid en orde;
  • Je toont inzet en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
