Quality Inspector

Zorg jij ervoor dat kwaliteit nooit aan het toeval wordt overgelaten?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en proactieve Quality Inspector. In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol in het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van onze producten en processen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat producten voldoen aan de gestelde specificaties voordat ze worden geproduceerd, opgeslagen of verzonden.

Wat ga je doen? Als Quality Inspector ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het ondersteunen van de organisatie bij het continu verbeteren van kwaliteitsprocessen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Controleren van producten aan de hand van specificaties, tekeningen, maatvoering, identificatie, verpakking en materiaaleigenschappen;
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van keuringen en inspecties;
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en blokkeren van partijen bij geconstateerde gebreken;
  • Vastleggen en verwerken van meet- en controlegegevens in kwaliteitssystemen;
  • Toezien op de staat en juiste werking van meetmiddelen en gereedschappen;
  • Uitvoeren van interne kwaliteitsaudits;
  • Ondersteunen bij leveranciersaudits en kwaliteitsverbeteringen;
  • Adviseren van de QC Leader en productieafdelingen over kwaliteitsvraagstukken;
  • Begeleiden van productiemedewerkers bij het naleven van kwaliteitsrichtlijnen en werkinstructies;
  • Initiëren van verbeteringen op het gebied van kwaliteit en procesbeheersing.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je bent kritisch, analytisch en werkt nauwkeurig;
  • Kennis van technische productieprocessen en kwaliteitscontroles;
  • Ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen;
  • Kennis van kwaliteitsnormen en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen;
  • Ervaring met meetgereedschappen en meetmethoden;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Ervaring met SAP of vergelijkbare systemen is een pré.
