Aufgabenbereich:

  • Planung und Umsetzung der Geschäftsstrategie zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele im Verantwortungsbereich der Abteilung QA für Zukaufteile
  • Lieferanten-Management (Audits, Lieferantenentwicklung, Reklamationsmanagement, Verbesserungsmaßnahmen)
  • Qualität von Zukaufteilen (Prüfplanung, Wareneingangsprüfung, Bauteilfreigabe, Reklamation, Reparatur bzw. Verschrottung)
  • Umsetzung von Projekten (Bsp.: Einführung neuer Modelle sowie deren Zukaufteile) und Aufrechterhaltung der Qualitätsstandards
  • Planung und Kontrolle von Budget und Investitionen im Verantwortungsbereich QA
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierungsmaßnahmen im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Förderung und Festigung der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Lieferanten und anderen Abteilungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und verschiedenen Fachabteilungen
  • Förderung und Forderung von Arbeitsschutz, Gesundheitsschutz und Umweltschutz im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, der Qualitätssicherung bzw. der Qualitätskontrolle, bevorzugt im Bereich des Lieferantenmanagements
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden auf mehreren Hierarchieebenen (Personalverantwortung: 10-30 Mitarbeitende)
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (Einführung neuer Produkte, Verlagerung von Produkten und Zukaufteilen, Optimierung von Prozessen, etc.)
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (ca. 20-25%)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP von Vorteil
