Votre mission

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Développement Tracteurs, vous intervenez sur le suivi technique des prototypages, les essais terrain ainsi que le support à la documentation technique.

Vos principales responsabilités1. Suivi des prototypages et essais

  • Participation aux réunions d’avant-projets (analyse de la demande, étude de faisabilité et d’intérêt)
  • Reprise de plans pour réalisation interne lorsque possible
  • Gestion et suivi des essais de montage (contrôles, photos techniques)
  • Organisation et suivi des essais machines sur site ou sur le terrain
  • Gestion des automates de tests séquentiels (résistance et usure des matériaux)
  • Validation des montages
  • Gestion des évolutions et mises à jour de kits montés en option (retrofit : adaptation des kits existants sur nouveaux modèles)
  • Préparation des machines avec outils spécifiques dans le cadre des homologations
  • Contrôle qualité des accessoires en pré-série et série (conformité des pièces et montages)
  • Gestion des anomalies en lien avec la maison mère au Japon (rapports et actions correctives)

2. Appui à la documentation technique

  • Support technique auprès de la rédaction
  • Participation aux séances photos techniques
  • Réalisation de photos techniques
  • Relecture des notices (corrections techniques, contrôle des schémas et vues)

3. Assistance publication documentation technique

  • Publication de documentation sous format PDF
  • Programmation HTML / XML
  • Mise à jour et réorganisation des documents techniques

Profil recherché

Formation

  • Bac Professionnel Mécanique
  • ou BTS Maintenance des Véhicules
  • ou BTS Construction et Aménagement des Véhicules
  • ou BTSA Génie des Équipements Agricoles

Compétences techniques

  • Solides compétences en mécanique
  • Connaissances en hydraulique et électricité
  • Respect des règles de sécurité et des méthodes de travail
  • Capacité à travailler selon un cahier des charges
  • Maîtrise des outils et machines selon les instructions
  • Maîtrise du Pack Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Notions en XML (éditeur XML)
  • Français courant, bonnes bases en anglais
