  • Bieżące monitorowanie realizacji tras dystrybucyjnych w systemie TMS i pozostałych systemach operacyjnych.
  • Kontrola terminowości wyjazdów i dostaw oraz wczesna identyfikacja potencjalnych opóźnień.
  • Nadzór nad kompletną realizacją procesu dystrybucji podczas zmiany, w tym tras priorytetowych.
  • Kontrola gotowości kierowców do rozpoczęcia tras i poprawności załadunku.
  • Bieżący kontakt z kierowcami podczas realizacji dostaw — szybka reakcja na problemy z doręczeniem, awarie, utrudnienia drogowe, błędy aplikacji.
  • Udzielanie instrukcji i pierwszej linii wsparcia — sprawnie i bez zbędnej eskalacji.
  • Szczególna opieka nad nowymi kierowcami podczas pierwszych samodzielnych tras.
  • Samodzielne rozwiązywanie problemów operacyjnych w granicach swoich kompetencji.
  • Podejmowanie decyzji: zmiana kolejności punktów, przekierowanie kierowców, uruchomienie rezerw.
  • Prowadzenie rejestru zdarzeń operacyjnych podczas zmiany.
  • Sporządzanie raportu podsumowującego zmianę: realizacja dostaw, opóźnienia, awarie, podjęte działania.
  • Doświadczenie w dyspozytorce, logistyce lub pracy operacyjnej (min. 1 rok) — preferowane branża TSL lub e-commerce.
  • Gotowość do pracy w nocy, w systemie niedziela–czwartek lub poniedziałek–piątek (3 zmiana) — warunek konieczny.
  • Odporność na stres i umiejętność podejmowania szybkich decyzji pod presją czasu.
  • Bardzo dobra komunikacja — zarówno z kierowcami, jak i innymi działami firmy.
  • Dobra znajomość MS Office, w tym Excel.
  • Samodzielność i inicjatywa — nie czekasz aż ktoś powie co robić.
  • Stabilne zatrudnienie w dynamicznie rosnącej firmie.
  • Wynagrodzenie: 6 000 – 7 500 zł brutto
  • Niezbędne narzędzia pracy i pełne wdrożenie stanowiskowe.
