Rozwijamy sieć magazynów w całej Polsce i poszukujemy osoby, która zadba o to, żeby każdy obiekt był sprawny, wyposażony i gotowy do pracy. To rola dla kogoś, kto lubi mieć wiele tematów naraz i doprowadzać je do końca. Poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Specjalista/Specjalistka ds. Administracji Nieruchomości i Zaopatrzenia.

  • Bieżąca obsługa techniczna i administracyjna magazynów na terenie całej Polski – koordynacja usterek, awarii, napraw i serwisów.
  • Koordynacja obowiązkowych przeglądów i kontroli (PPOŻ, BHP, DDD, Sanepid) oraz nadzór nad infrastrukturą obiektów – chłodnictwo, monitoring, systemy dostępu.
  • Utrzymywanie relacji z właścicielami obiektów, firmami serwisowymi i dostawcami.
  • Współpraca z działem zakupów w zakresie realizacji zaopatrzenia na magazyny.
  • Pilnowanie dostępności podstawowych materiałów i ograniczanie zakupów awaryjnych.
  • Kontrola poprawności zamówień, dokumentów i faktur oraz prowadzenie zestawień zakupowych i kosztowych.
  • Wsparcie przy otwarciach, relokacjach i adaptacjach nowych magazynów.
  • Raportowanie statusu otwartych tematów, kosztów i terminów realizacji.
  • Współpraca z działami jakości, floty, operacji i finansów.
  • Minimum rok doświadczenia w obsłudze nieruchomości lub administracji.
  • Prawo jazdy kategorii B (warunek konieczny) – praca ma charakter biurowy, wyjazdy do lokalizacji zdarzają się sporadycznie.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office oraz Google Workspace.
  • Wykształcenie minimum średnie.
  • Samodzielna organizacja pracy, dokładność i terminowość przy prowadzeniu wielu tematów równolegle.
  • Komunikatywność i swoboda w kontakcie z dostawcami oraz serwisami. Mile widziane:
  • Doświadczenie w obsłudze wielu lokalizacji jednocześnie.
  • Znajomość procesów zakupowych i pracy na fakturach zbiorczych.
  • Orientacja w przepisach dotyczących gospodarki nieruchomościami oraz prawa budowlanego.
  • Stabilne zatrudnienie w dynamicznie rozwijającej się firmie.
  • Wynagrodzenie: 5000-7000 brutto.
  • Miejsce pracy: Białystok. Praca stacjonarna z możliwością pracy zdalnej do 5 dni w miesiącu.
  • Realny wpływ na standard i wyposażenie rozwijającej się sieci magazynów.
  • Możliwość rozwoju kompetencji zawodowych.
  • Niezbędne narzędzia do pracy.
