Szukamy osoby, która będzie koordynować proces wprowadzania nowych surowców do produkcji - od weryfikacji dokumentacji, przez testy i panele sensoryczne, aż po ocenę wyników poprodukcyjnych. To stanowisko dla osoby skrupulatnej, która dobrze odnajduje się na styku technologii żywności, dokumentacji i współpracy z produkcją.

  • Koordynowanie procesu wdrażania nowych surowców oraz monitorowanie jego kolejnych etapów.
  • Weryfikowanie składów, specyfikacji i dokumentacji surowcowej.
  • Sprawdzanie zgodności surowców z wewnętrzną polityką Kuchni Vikinga oraz obowiązującymi przepisami prawa żywnościowego.
  • Przygotowywanie i przeprowadzanie paneli sensorycznych oraz testów użytkowych.
  • Organizowanie testów surowców i produktów gotowych.
  • Opracowywanie raportów oraz rekomendacji na podstawie przeprowadzonych testów.
  • Weryfikowanie i raportowanie wyników testów poprodukcyjnych.
  • Bieżące prowadzenie i aktualizowanie bazy surowcowej.
  • Współpraca z zespołami odpowiedzialnymi za jakość, technologię, zakupy i produkcję.
  • Dbanie o kompletność dokumentacji oraz terminowy przepływ informacji pomiędzy zespołami.
  • Wykształcenia lub doświadczenia związanego z technologią żywności, towaroznawstwem, chemią spożywczą albo pokrewnym obszarem.
  • Praktycznej wiedzy dotyczącej surowców spożywczych i procesów produkcyjnych.
  • Skrupulatności oraz dużej dbałości o szczegóły.
  • Umiejętności analizowania składów, specyfikacji i dokumentacji produktowej.
  • Dobrej organizacji pracy oraz umiejętności koordynowania kilku etapów procesu.
  • Samodzielności, odpowiedzialności i konsekwencji w realizacji zadań.
  • Umiejętności jasnego formułowania wniosków i przygotowywania raportów.

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku technologicznym, jakościowym lub towaroznawczym w branży spożywczej.
  • Znajomość aktualnych przepisów prawa żywnościowego oraz rozporządzeń Unii Europejskiej.
  • Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu nowych surowców lub produktów do produkcji.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu paneli sensorycznych i testów użytkowych.
  • Znajomość systemów lub narzędzi wykorzystywanych do prowadzenia baz surowcowych.
  • Stabilne zatrudnienie w dynamicznie rozwijającej się firmie.
  • Wynagrodzenie: 9 000 - 12 000 brutto UoP.
  • Możliwość rozwoju kompetencji zawodowych.
  • Niezbędne narzędzia do pracy.
  • Możliwość wpływu na kluczowe procesy operacyjne.
