Szukamy Trenera Wewnętrznego który będzie rozwijał kompetencje miękkie i menedżerskie naszych liderów, managerów oraz pracowników.

To rola dla osoby, która potrafi przełożyć szkolenie na codzienną pracę: prosty język, konkretne narzędzia, praktyczne ćwiczenia i realna zmiana zachowań.

  • prowadzić szkolenia z kompetencji miękkich i menedżerskich dla liderów, brygadzistów, kierowników i zespołów,
  • projektować praktyczne warsztaty z komunikacji, współpracy, feedbacku, motywowania, delegowania i rozwiązywania trudnych sytuacji,
  • wspierać managerów w prowadzeniu rozmów rozwojowych, korygujących i trudnych rozmów z pracownikami,
  • diagnozować potrzeby szkoleniowe w działach operacyjnych i biurowych,
  • tworzyć proste materiały szkoleniowe: scenariusze, checklisty, ćwiczenia, krótkie instrukcje dla managerów,
  • mierzyć skuteczność szkoleń i sprawdzać, czy wiedza jest wdrażana w codziennej pracy,
  • współpracować z HR, managerami i operacją przy budowaniu standardów pracy z ludźmi,
  • wspierać rozwój wewnętrznych talentów i osób awansujących na role liderskie.
  • doświadczenie w prowadzeniu szkoleń lub warsztatów dla pracowników i/lub managerów,
  • bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i warsztatowe,
  • praktyczne podejście do rozwoju ludzi — bez teorii dla teorii,
  • umiejętność pracy z managerami operacyjnymi, którzy potrzebują konkretu i prostych narzędzi,
  • doświadczenie w obszarach: komunikacja, feedback, współpraca, motywowanie, delegowanie, trudne rozmowy, zarządzanie zespołem,
  • samodzielność w projektowaniu i prowadzeniu szkoleń,
  • umiejętność zbierania potrzeb szkoleniowych i przekładania ich na plan działania,
  • gotowość do pracy blisko biznesu i operacji.

Mile widziane:

  • doświadczenie w firmie produkcyjnej, logistycznej, gastronomicznej, retail lub innej organizacji operacyjnej,
  • doświadczenie w rozwoju liderów liniowych, brygadzistów lub kierowników zmian,
  • znajomość narzędzi L&D: matryce kompetencji, ankiety poszkoleniowe, badanie efektywności szkoleń,
  • doświadczenie w onboardingu lub akademiach managerskich,
  • umiejętność prowadzenia krótkich, praktycznych szkoleń
  • wynagrodzenie 12 000–14 000 zł brutto,
  • zatrudnienie na podstawie umowy o pracę,
  • pomoc w relokacji dla osób spoza lokalizacji pracy,
  • realny wpływ na rozwój ludzi i standardy pracy w szybko rosnącej firmie,
  • pracę blisko managerów, liderów i zespołów operacyjnych,
  • możliwość budowania praktycznych programów rozwojowych od podstaw,
  • środowisko, w którym szkolenia mają pomagać w codziennej pracy, a nie być formalnością,
  • współpracę z zespołem HR i managerami, którzy chcą rozwijać ludzi,
