Du möchtest Qualität nicht nur prüfen, sondern wirklich verbessern? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als Qualitätsingenieur / Qualitätstechniker (m/w/d/kA) arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technik, Produktion, Lieferanten und Kunden. Du analysierst Fehler, entwickelst effektive Maßnahmen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte unserem Anspruch „Ultra Precise“ jeden Tag gerecht werden. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung in Qualitätsprojekten, bringst deine Ideen ein und trägst aktiv dazu bei, unsere Prozesse und Standards weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse interner Fehlermeldungen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Lieferantenreklamationen unter Anwendung unserer 8D-Methodik
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von FMEAs, internen Audits und Prozessbegehungen (z. B. 5S, Gemba-Walk)
  • Unterstützung bei der Prüfplanung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätsprozesse
  • Erstellung von Qualitätsdokumentationen, Auswertungen und Berichten für interne und externe Ansprechpartner
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Entwicklung, Einkauf und Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung gleichbleibend hoher Qualitätsstandards
  • Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produkte und Prozesse

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium, eine Technikerausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen mit, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Analytisches Denken, Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
  • Du trittst sicher auf, kommunizierst klar und kannst dich durchsetzen
  • Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in modernen QM-Tools (8D, FMEA, Auditmethoden)
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office; ERP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
