Du arbeitest gern präzise, denkst technisch und fühlst dich an der CNC-Maschine zuhause?

Als CNC-Dreher / CNC-Fräser (m/w/d/kA) bist du überwiegend in der Fertigung tätig und produzierst anspruchsvolle optische Bauteile in Prototypen- und Kleinserien. Du richtest CNC-Maschinen ein, erstellst und passt Programme an und stellst durch deine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sicher, dass Qualität, Maßhaltigkeit und technische Spezifikationen zuverlässig eingehalten werden.

Dabei arbeitest du eigenverantwortlich an modernen Maschinen, führst Prüfungen durch und sorgst für eine saubere, nachvollziehbare Umsetzung der Fertigungsanforderungen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du rüstest, programmierst und bedienst CNC-Dreh- und/oder Fräsmaschinen zur spanenden Fertigung optischer und ultrapräziser Bauteile
  • Du erstellst und optimierst CNC-Programme für die Fertigung auf Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen
  • Du arbeitest nach technischen Zeichnungen, Arbeitsanweisungen und definierten Prozessen
  • Du stellst stabiler Fertigungsabläufe sicher, auch bei Abweichungen oder technischen Herausforderungen
  • Du qualifizierst optische Bauteile visuell sowie mittels interferometrischer Rauheits- und Formmessungen
  • Dabei arbeitest du eng mit der Qualitätssicherung zusammen, z. B. bei Bauteilfreigaben und Messungen an der Koordinatenmessmaschine
  • Du erkennst Störungen im Fertigungsprozess, behebst diese selbstständig und gibst Rückmeldung an die Fertigungsleitung

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbautechnik oder als Zerspanungsmechaniker oder überzeugst durch mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Du bringst gute mathematische Kenntnisse (z. B. Geometrie, Kegelschnitte) zur Programmierung von Bauteilen mit
  • Sorgfalt, Präzision und Freude an der Arbeit mit optischen Bauteilen zeichnen dich aus
  • Du hast eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und orientierst dich an Vorgaben sowie Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Du gehst auch bei technischen Herausforderungen und Rückschlägen ruhig und konzentriert vor
  • Du verfügst über grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse
  • CAD/CAM-Kenntnisse bringst du idealerweise mit
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen dich aus
