Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt das Team bei der Organisation des Büroalltags und lernst dabei, wie ein moderner Arbeitsplatz funktioniert
  • Du bekommst Einblicke in die vorbereitende Buchhaltung und wächst Schritt für Schritt in kaufmännische Abläufe hinein
  • Du übernimmst abwechslungsreiche Assistenz- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten, die dir helfen, deine organisatorischen Fähigkeiten zu stärken
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an kaufmännischen Aufgaben mit und verbindest dabei Theorie aus der Berufsschule mit der Praxis im Unternehmen
  • Du kümmerst dich um Schriftverkehr und Kommunikation – intern wie extern – und entwickelst ein professionelles Auftreten

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über einen erweiterten Realschulabschluss oder einen vergleichbaren Schulabschluss
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig
  • Du bringst sichere Deutsch- und Rechtschreibkenntnisse mit
  • Du hast Grundkenntnisse in Word und Excel oder bist bereit, dich zügig einzuarbeiten
  • Du organisierst gerne und gehst Aufgaben mit Eigeninitiative an
  • Du bist motiviert, Neues zu lernen, und möchtest dich sowohl in der Berufsschule als auch im Unternehmen weiterentwickeln
